About the Scholarship

The Kearney Women's Scholarship aims to support female students in their second year through to their penultimate year of university. The recipient will enjoy:

  • A scholarship of up to $20,000 to support their next year of study or other educational-related activities;
  • Mentorship from a senior female consultant;
  • A 10-week internship over the summer in either our Sydney or Melbourne office; and
  • Access to all in-house training.

To Be Eligible

You must be:

  • A female student in your second through to the penultimate year of study; and
  • An Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen.

Applicants are asked to submit their CV and academic transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable) via our website. Please include in your resume your WAM/GPA score, graduation year, overall work experience and extra-curricular activities. No late or partial applications will be accepted.

Recruitment Process

First-round interviews and group assessment will take place followed by a second-round of formal interviews. Successful candidates must be available for the entirety of the internship period.
