About the Role

Premier Cloud Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and services.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
