Job Title: Legal CounselAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support on all aspects of a key strategic partnership, focusing on data privacy, competition, and consumer law, as well as commercial and corporate law.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a commercial lawyer, with experience in financial services. Prior in-house experience with a major corporation, and/or reputable law firm experience is preferred.

A comprehensive understanding of Data Privacy, Competition, and Consumer Law, preferably financial services law, is also essential.

You will be responsible for advising on legal aspects of the strategic partnership, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer contracts, ensuring Equifax's arrangements with customers and suppliers are properly documented, and taking into account key areas of legal risk.
