Expert Employment Law Advisor Needed

Key Role Overview

As an employment law advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on various employment law matters to our clients.

  • Workplace policies and procedures
  • Employment agreements and contracts
  • Dispute resolution and litigation support

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to represent their interests in negotiations, regulatory investigations, and contract drafting and review. Your exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will enable you to deliver tailored legal solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment or industrial law
  • Proven ability to handle complex employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious cases
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
