**Job Responsibilities:**

- Scan, file, manage mail, and collate client documents.

- Maintain databases (XPM), including ASIC and ATO records.

- Handle ATO correspondence and lodgements.

- Manage banking and ordering stationery, catering, events, and meeting rooms.

- Utilize online software like DocuSign, Xero, and XPM.

**Required Skills and Attributes:**

- 1+ year experience working in an accounting firm.

- Excellent teamwork and positive attitude.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Attention to detail is crucial.

- Experience with Xero/XPM and the ATO is highly valued.
