We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our hospitality sales team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with merchants and understanding their business objectives. Your goal will be to provide solutions that add value and drive growth.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Building trust and rapport through active listening is crucial in supporting upselling and account growth.
- Guiding customers through the process of upgrading from basic platforms to more advanced ones is another key responsibility.
- Demonstrating software solutions to customers, including core POS products and modules, will also be part of your role.
Additional responsibilities include fostering strong retailer advocacy, increasing empathy within the organization, and contributing to broader business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in account management, sales development, or similar fields with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Essential skills include an entrepreneurial approach, effective time management, and strong organizational skills.
