Senior Payroll Operations Specialist

The primary role of a payroll specialist is to oversee the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations within an organization.
As a central figure in our payroll process, you will be responsible for ensuring every cycle meets legislative requirements, delivering results on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities- Delivering multicountry payroll services with consistency and precision
- Quickly and professionally resolving payroll-related inquiries and tickets
- Maintaining data accuracy across various systems
- Continuously refining payroll operations for improved efficiency and standardization
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration and operations, preferably in a high-volume or multicountry environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG)
- Exceptional attention to detail when handling employee data and complex calculations
- A results-oriented mindset driving continuous improvement
