- Responsibilities:
- Manage and process mass upload files for all pay frequencies;
- Provide exceptional customer service on pay, time, and benefits-related activities;
- Execute system data maintenance and administrative activities in payroll, tax, social insurance, time, and benefits administration;
- Monitor data flows to/from Workday to vendors for accuracy;
- Maintain regulatory compliance according to country-specific regulations;
- Ensure operations meet defined KPIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with HR colleagues and peers within the region and globally to ensure consistent and effective services;
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships and communications;
Deliverables and Outputs
- Contribute to the performance improvement of the Shared Services team;
