The Opportunity

Competitive salary of $100,354 to $107,054, depending on experience, plus 17% super and leave loading.

  • Full-time (35 hours week)
  • 6 month fixed-term contract

The ICP Laboratory, situated in the Elemental Analysis Facility at the University of New South Wales, hosts cutting-edge equipment for chemical sample preparation and analysis.

Reporting to the Head of the Elemental Analysis Facility, you will conduct sample preparation, maintenance, and operation of the laboratory's instrumentation, including ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and associated equipment. You will also assist with user training, maintain chemical and consumable inventories, and help manage the laboratory's health and safety documentation.
