Job Title:

Quality Assurance Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee quality control processes, develop and implement process improvements, and collaborate with site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve existing quality management systems to align with international standards.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and contractors to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of inspection results, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure adherence to quality plans, inspect products, and perform root cause analysis as needed.
  • Promote a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential quality issues.
  • Support the site team in meeting customer requirements, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quality Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record of driving quality excellence in large-scale projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability.
