Field Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
- Coordinate and drive field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end within regulatory time frames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workflow processes for efficient field staff allocation.
- Utilize Excel and other relevant systems for workforce scheduling, planning, and allocation.
- Make outbound calls to customers and other parties to facilitate communication.
- Identify and consolidate data from clients to plan and allocate work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing.
- Ensure all work performed meets quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling.
- Knowledge of the electricity industry is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency level in MS Office suite (Excel essential).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
