About the Role
We are looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to join our team in Docklands.
This role plays a key part in supporting our Field Operations team with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting, and data entry to ensure operational efficiency.
We part-time hours available (approximately 25 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days) but are open to offering this as a full-time role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Field Operations team
- Assist with preparation of reports, schedules, and operational documentation
- Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping in business systems
- Support communication between field teams, head office, and other stakeholders
- Manage logistics for training, meetings, and site visits
- Track key metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You are an organised, detail-oriented coordinator with:
- Experience in administration, coordination, or operations support
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
