We are seeking a skilled Financial Hardship Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Hardship Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customers experiencing financial hardship.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to vulnerable customers, ensuring they receive personalized and empathetic assistance throughout their interaction with us.

You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, categorizing and addressing specific circumstances, and establishing end-to-end relationships with customers who have been identified as vulnerable.

  • Making timely decisions based on customer needs and specific circumstances.
  • Engaging in effective communication with internal and external customers through various channels.
  • Conducting outbound calls to customers at different stages of the hardship framework.
  • Gathering and reviewing necessary supporting documentation as required.
  • Responding to inquiries, addressing issues and complaints promptly and courteously.
