
Help Customers Overcome Financial Hardships

As a Financial Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized assistance to customers who are experiencing financial hardship. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate and analyze applications for financial hardship assistance, ensuring that each case is treated with the utmost care and sensitivity.
You will engage with clients or their representatives via telephone, email, or letter, negotiating tailored financial arrangements that meet their unique needs. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, assessment outcomes, and hardship resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience in collections or hardship assistance within the banking and financial services industry
- Strong customer focus and passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level preferred)
