Manufacturing Capacity Solutions Senior Commercial Manager

Cytopia is seeking a seasoned professional to drive commercial success across Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to expand our market presence.
About the RoleThis senior-level position requires a proven track record in commercial management, with expertise in product offerings, large deals, and bioprocessing modalities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate complex discussions and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial discussions with key customers on Cytiva's overall offering, expertly navigating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region for process development, flex factories, aseptic filling, complex hardware or customized hardware and other services.
- Collaborate with all parts of the commercial organization, building internal stakeholders and account management synergy to continually increase customer qualification and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline, including design-in initiatives, as well as forecasting performance against the operating plan.
- 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma/life sciences.
- Proven commercial track record in multiple bioprocessing modalities, with product management/offering/large deals expertise.
- Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of bioprocessing modalities, including gene therapy and mRNA fields.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
- Demonstrated high-level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact, and which builds effective partnerships.
