Manufacturing Capacity Solutions Business Developer

This role is responsible for driving commercial success in the Australia and New Zealand region. The successful candidate will develop and deploy strategies to support customers across multiple biotherapeutic modalities.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead commercial discussions with key customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert navigation and support.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities for Process Development, Flex Factories, Aseptic filling, complex hardware or customized hardware and other services across Asia Pacific.
- Ensure collaboration between all parts of the commercial organization to continually increase customer qualification and accelerate sales opportunities.
- Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track progress of opportunities in the pipeline.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma/Life Sciences.
- Proven commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities, with Product Management/Offering/Large deals expertise.
- Strong manufacturing and engineering knowledge including quality and regulatory understanding of the Bioprocessing modalities.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and with customers.
- Demonstrated high level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
This role requires up to 50% travel within ANZ and internationally.
The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
