Manufacturing Capacity Solutions Specialist

Cytiva is seeking a seasoned professional to drive the commercial success of our Manufacturing Capacity Solutions across Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
Job Description:The Business Development Manager – Manufacturing Capacity Solutions will be responsible for developing and deploying strategies to expand our customer base, grow revenue, and enhance market share. This role requires a strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, build trust with customers, and foster collaboration among internal teams.
- Lead commercial discussions with key customers, leveraging expertise in product engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver results-oriented solutions.
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities across the region, focusing on process development, flex factories, aseptic filling, and customized hardware services.
This position reports directly to the Bioprocessing Leader – Australia & New Zealand. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Key Qualifications:- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship-building, and deal-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and resolve complex issues.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing capacity solutions, including process development, equipment design, and operational optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
