Job Description
  • National NDIS service provider achieving Platinum standard for housing Participants with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.

Requirements

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with high complex behavior and/or high medical and/or complex needs. You must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years industry experience.
  • Experience within the disability sector (e.g., mental health, high medical needs, aged care, individual support).
  • Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship with participants and their families.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management - compliance and safety is our top priority.
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and availability to work overnight shifts or attend training/meetings as required.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, NDIS Workers Screening, Working with Children Check, National Police Check.
  • An Open Driver's Licence (mandatory).
Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
