We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our People Operations team as an HR Operations Specialist. This role is all about driving efficiency, scalability, and employee experience in our global workforce.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the day-to-day business activities associated with people-related systems, processes, policies, and procedures across all regions. This includes providing prompt and effective responses to inquiries via Zendesk, troubleshooting Workday, and processing employee lifecycle transactions in Workday.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partnerships (HRBPs), Compensation, Leadership, and the Systems team to ensure that all transactions are approved and executed promptly. You will also conduct orientation sessions for new hires in APAC, serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process, and address any questions they may have.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to employees via Zendesk
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday and self-service functionality
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires in APAC
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and Workday data
- 2+ years of experience working in an HR role focusing on HR Operations, HRIS management, and HR process improvement
- Solid working knowledge of employment law in APAC countries
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
