Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing operational guidance and support to managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and guide managers on all HR topics, including recruitment, performance management, and workplace relations.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Provide support on change management and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong background in a People/HR role with a sound understanding of HR principles.
  • Proven ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience handling a wide range of HR functions.
  • Experience with Enterprise Agreements and workplace relations essential.

Work Arrangements

  • Hybrid | 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
