Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our team as an HR Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, streamlining services, and enhancing the overall HR experience. This role involves working closely with multiple functions across the organization, including Global HR Operations, Workday Administration, Payroll, IT, Managers, and Employees.

As a member of the HR Operations team, you will develop strong relationships, apply HR knowledge and skills to resolve customer queries, escalate queries where appropriate, and actively support and execute compliance in the HRIS.

Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures, collaborate with broader HR Operations teams, and ensure day-to-day activities are provided in accordance with HR KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer-focused services to internal and external customers.
  • Use IT system tools to record, track, and manage HR support.
  • Advocate and enforce compliance of the Human Resources Information System, Workday.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have 2+ years' experience in HR Operations/Shared Services support to employees, knowledge of Fair Work and the National Employee Standards, HRIS experience advantageous, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and good diagnostic skills.
