Job Description

The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the people and workplace experience through localized initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes visa matters, process improvements, and data & insights.

This is an opportunity to support employees and improve their experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding.

We are looking for someone with high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics, as well as humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in HR operations
  • Experience with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding)
  • Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English
