Job Opportunity: Service Agreement and Systems Support Officer

This role is focused on ensuring that service agreements, schedules of supports, SIL agreements, and addendums are completed in accordance with best practices and NDIS pricing limits.

The successful candidate will provide system support to the broader organisation on Riteq and other systems, requiring strong oral and written communication skills, as well as sound knowledge of the Disability sector and NDIS framework.

To excel in this position, you will need at least 2 years of relevant experience and excellent project administrative skills, including time management and coordination of tasks. You should also be confident in using systems and technology, with high-level interpersonal communication skills for presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Beyond the core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be able to travel intra or interstate from time to time, and work flexibly to meet demands of the role. Additionally, you should be adaptable, resilient, and possess a customer-focused mindset.
