Job Title: Agreement Manager

The role of the Agreement Manager entails overseeing the entire lifecycle of agreements, from development and review to negotiations, execution, record-keeping, governance, performance, and closure. This position requires a high level of expertise in managing complex agreements and ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the agreement portfolio by coordinating and monitoring agreement activities, communication, negotiations, and record-keeping.
  • Develop business requirement statements and supplier work scopes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate forms of agreement, procure goods and services, and manage contracts and supplier performance.
  • Engage with leasing partners and internal stakeholders, including legal, to review, recommend, and gain approval for leasing decisions and administer active leases.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in managing the entire contract lifecycle, including development, review, negotiations, execution, record-keeping, governance, performance, and closure.
  • Strong information management skills and proficiency in proprietary lease and contract management systems.
  • Relevant experience in commercial or retail lease administration and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise communications for stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
