Job Role: Enterprise Bargaining Manager
The Enterprise Bargaining Team within the Integrity and Employee Relations Unit works closely with other areas in the department to conduct enterprise bargaining negotiations and manage certified agreements.
Our team is dedicated to supporting wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity, while creating an agile and flexible workplace that meets Queensland public sector requirements and policies.
About the Position
As the Enterprise Bargaining Manager, you will provide authoritative advice and services on employee and industrial relations matters associated with enterprise bargaining and certified agreements. You will be responsible for managing a small team of advisors and report to the Director Enterprise Bargaining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and people management skills to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and navigate complex relationships
- Pivot performance and delivery models as needed
- Manage a small team of advisors
Requirements:
- High level of knowledge of Queensland industrial relations legislation or ability to acquire such knowledge
- Organised and disciplined work habits
- Ability to build and sustain relationships
- Drive clarity, engagement, and purpose in the team
- Foster healthy and inclusive workplaces
