Servicing Manager of Contractual Agreements

**Job Description:

The Servicing Manager of Contractual Agreements will oversee the administration and maintenance of contracts related to the support and sustainment of military equipment, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual terms, managing risks associated with contract performance, and advising project teams on contracting and commercial matters.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage and administer contracts primarily relating to ongoing support and sustainment of military equipment;

  • Assist with drafting and negotiating contract changes, ensure contract conformance, and administer changes into subcontracts;

  • Monitor and report the performance of contracts and escalate issues as necessary;

  • Provide advice and assistance to project team members on contracting and other commercial activities;

  • Interface with customer counterparts to ensure timely and effective maintenance of military capabilities over their life cycle;

  • Actively support project teams in identifying opportunities to improve support processes and initiatives;

  • Prepare procedures for contract administration and training modules;

  • Assist with reviewing tenders for new business and general contracting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in contract management or negotiation and drafting;

  • Strong drafting skills and a sound understanding of contract law principles;

  • High level of attention to detail;

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint;

  • Ability to think creatively and solution-oriented;

  • Prior defense experience and knowledge of ASDEFCON contracting (desirable but not required);

  • Australian citizenship;

  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
