Principal Service Agreement Officer

The role
Reporting to the Manager, Service Agreement Management you will undertake and coordinate preparatory work required to support the Director in the development and maintenance of service agreements which drive HHSs to deliver best value in terms of cost effectiveness, care quality and innovative approaches to the delivery of services. You will also support the Manager - Service Agreement Management to manage the development and maintenance of service agreements and monitor and manage performance to ensure the services specified and funding provided are being delivered in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
The successful person
To be successful in this role you will have a comprehensive understanding and breadth of experience in the ability to analyse and interpret complex data. You will have advanced skills using software for data analysis, project management and consultation (e.g., MS-Excel, MS-Project, and MS-Visio) and the ability to quickly develop skills in the use of other software programs if required.
In addition to this, you will have the proven ability to communicate with influence, interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to cultivate productive working relationships and networks.
