Data Centre Operations Associate

The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Service Technician to join our 24/7 operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our data centre operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support and engage with customers, service technicians and contractors to ensure seamless support activities and maintenance works.
- Monitor critical infrastructure to prevent disruptions to client operations.
- Utilise electronic monitoring systems to proactively oversee site conditions.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and critical events.
- Ensure personnel perform activities safely and in accordance with CDC's processes and procedures.
- Provide timely reporting of events and support restoration to normal operations.
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
- Previous working experience in IT, telecommunications, fibre, trade, industrial facilities or other technical environments.
- Ability to identify risks and provide effective solutions.
We provide a comprehensive training program through our CDC Academy, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced service technicians and gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing technology company.
