- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans in collaboration with leaders.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations and workplace policies.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the organization.
- Drive performance management processes and professional development programs.
- Collaborate on organizational change and culture-building projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
- Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the retail industry.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
