Job Description">

We seek a Strategic Workforce Planner to drive transformative HR initiatives across various work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of strategic workforce objectives and develop high-level reports, audits, briefings, policy papers, and submissions.
  • Provide valued advice to executive and senior management to guide workforce planning activities.
  • Develop and deliver strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with an HR Advisor.
  • Implement key activities, reporting, and evaluation of the QCS Strategic Workforce Plan.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and delivering a diverse range of HR projects and initiatives that contribute to public sector objectives.
  • Building strong partnerships through internal consultation and collaboration to drive continuous improvement for HR and workforce matters.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of contemporary workforce planning strategies and identifying opportunities for implementation.
