Role Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic HR initiatives, providing valuable advice to executive and senior management on workforce planning activities.
  • Lead the implementation of key activities and reporting for the QCS Strategic Workforce Plan.
  • Manage and deliver a diverse range of HR projects and initiatives, contributing to public sector objectives.
  • Establish strong partnerships through internal consultation and collaboration, driving continuous improvement for HR and workforce matters.
  • Support the implementation of contemporary workforce planning strategies, delivering real benefits and meeting identified needs.

Key Deliverables:

  • Prepare high-level reports, audits, briefings, policy papers, and submissions.
  • Facilitate meetings and deliver presentations.
  • Build team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance development.
