This senior-level role focuses on driving the development and implementation of workforce development initiatives that enhance safe and fair workplaces in Queensland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System, coordinating nationally recognised qualifications, and contributing to designing and delivering learning and development initiatives.
These initiatives include developing e-learning modules and facilitating training programs linked to nationally recognised qualifications.
As a Senior Programs Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our people are trained, competent and ready to meet the challenges of our regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, promotion, coordination, implementation and evaluation of workforce development initiatives.
- Manage the Learning Management System and coordinate nationally recognised qualifications.
- Contribute to designing and delivering learning and development initiatives, including e-learning modules.
- Facilitate and assess training programs linked to nationally recognised qualifications.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing, developing and evaluating workforce development initiatives.
- Experience managing a Learning Management System and coordinating nationally recognised qualifications.
- Ability to facilitate and assess training programs.
- Understanding of how workforce development contributes to safe and fair workplaces and communities within Queensland's regulatory environment.
