We have several positions available in our procurement team with a huge scope for growth and exciting initiatives to work across analysing spends and contractual agreements.
Job DescriptionAs a Procurement Contract Manager in our Sydney office, you'll be responsible for managing supplier onboarding and renewals, facilitating information entry in core systems, and identifying opportunities to improve the experience.
- Action requests for new and renewal suppliers
- Provide exceptional service by guiding colleagues through the process, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, seek resolution, and ensure effective communication
- Maintain accurate records and support departmental operations
- Strong experience in financial services, ideally with experience using Grace, managing contracts within a procurement function
- Resilience, prioritisation, and time management skills
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly and coach others
- Average annual salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000
- Hybrid working model with 3 days in our central Sydney CBD office
