Quality Assurance Manager

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Auburn. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in executing effective and efficient quality management for our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain an effective quality management of Assurant's products and services, including repair, refurbishment of mobile devices, tablets and other electronics products.
- Define and implement quality management and audit strategies.
- Identify fault trends and initiate necessary improvement actions.
- Liaise with repair vendors, manufacturers, customer service business units and operations.
- Develop, implement, document and monitor quality standards, processes, and controls.
- Track and report trends on quality issues to internal operations, OEM repairers, and partners to ensure minimal deviations within the established SLA's.
- Develop and implement training plans for Quality management resources and operations.
- Ensure that the business is operating and aligned with established regulatory procedures and company quality standards.
- Actively support regulatory efforts with continual improvement and corrective actions or support as needed.
- Proven working experience as a service and/or quality manager.
- Knowledge of quality management especially of wireless/mobile devices.
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery and management of quality.
- Builds strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Strong leadership capabilities and high attention to detail.
