Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive operational excellence in program delivery across the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Risk Management: Recognize emerging risks in a changing external landscape and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage the successful implementation of systems and processes aligned with the University's Quality Assurance Framework, working closely with stakeholders to ensure strong levels of compliance and effective quality assurance.
  • Operational Performance: Develop, implement, and review operational processes, policies, and systems to ensure the operational performance of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic (DVC-A) is compliant, regularly assessed, and efficient.
