Job Title: Market Expansion Specialist About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Expansion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while achieving set targets. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for new business and develop strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development role within the Waste Industry or B2B sales environment is desirable.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve your set targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans.
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
  • Valid Driver's License (Unrestricted).
