Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced market expansion specialist to spearhead our entry into new markets.

This role involves developing and executing a strategic market entry plan, building relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing the local food delivery market to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for new markets.
  • Analyze the local food delivery market, identifying key players and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure our solutions meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to represent the new market in our overall strategy and product development efforts.
  • Identify and recruit local talent to join our growing team.
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills or additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean.
  • In-depth understanding of the local food delivery market and its key players and trends.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key partners in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different geographies and cultures.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of software integrations, POS systems, payments, and last-mile delivery services.
  • Previous experience as a Growth Manager, Expansion Manager, Country Manager, or General Manager.
  • Based in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, or Singapore with the ability to travel frequently between countries.
