About the Role
This high-profile position reports directly to the General Manager and involves motivating and leading a team to safely deliver productivity improvements and cost reductions. As a leader in this critical role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Define project objectives, schedules, and critical activities, and monitor progress to drive continuous improvement
- Lead change in traditional approaches to mining and drive organisational change and operational discipline
- Truly inspire your team to engage and be part of a high-performing team
- Set new high-performance benchmarks and lead a team of professionals to develop and integrate project deliverables through interfacing with broader BHP stakeholders at multiple levels
- You will use your technical experience and leadership skills to coach and mentor your team, drive best practice, and make a meaningful impact on operational performance and setting new standards

About the Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $AUD 140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive package that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
