Job Description:

This is a critical role that requires a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead a team of operations specialists. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive productivity improvements and cost reductions across our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet or exceed production targets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its objectives.

Requirements:
