The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Leader to join our team at Saraji Mine. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our coal mining activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of production supervisors and operators to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of safety and quality
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental stewardship, and community engagement

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in coal mining operations, preferably with experience in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage your team
  • A deep understanding of safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
