We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing and Communications Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a dedicated Marketing and Communications team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, visuals, and other marketing materials to support our campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the housing, community services or NFP sector.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
