The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing and communications strategy
- Undertake and assess market research to inform business decisions
- Ensure marketing activities and communications are data-driven and strategically aligned with our overall goals and business direction
- Develop the annual marketing plan and budget, detailing the strategy to be used
- Regularly communicate strategic business goals and plans to the leadership team
- Regularly update the CEO and Directors on marketing and communications performance
Requirements
- Experience in the recruitment industry or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing teams and driving business improvements
- Ability to collaborate effectively with shareholders and multiple stakeholder groups
- Working knowledge of the recruitment industry and associated sectors
- A solid understanding of strategy, marketing, and business management principles
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
