Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Employment Consultant, where they will play a vital part in empowering individuals with disability, injury, or illness to secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive case management services to participants, guiding them through employment-related barriers and helping them enter the workforce.
  • Facilitate the connection between participants and employers, utilizing referrals, reverse marketing, and on-the-job support to ensure successful placements.
  • Provide continuous support to both participants and employers, working towards maximizing outcomes and facilitating workplace adjustments throughout the course of employment.
  • Maintain high standards of performance, consistently meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while adopting an outcome-focused approach to the role.
  • Ensure excellent administration, compliance, and time management practices, adhering to Department requirements and demonstrating a sound understanding of relevant guidelines.
About You
  • Possession of relevant qualifications in fields such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other related areas is desirable.
  • Previous experience in employment services, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, candidate placement, and post-placement support, will be highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders through multiple methods.
  • A team player with a strong commitment to contributing to a positive work culture.
  • Ability to proactively problem-solve, overcome objections, and assist in managing barriers that exist for individuals living with a disability.
  • A performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs.
