The role of Family Violence Specialist involves working as an integral member of a professional team to deliver services to adults, children and young people affected by family violence.

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for individuals and families affected by family violence.\
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills related to family violence prevention and intervention.\
- Engage in regular communication with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and address any emerging issues or concerns.\
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in family violence prevention and intervention methodologies.\
- Collaborate with external organizations to advance community awareness and understanding of family violence.\
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols when dealing with sensitive information related to clients.\
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.\

\Requirements:\- \
- Hold a satisfactory completion of an approved allied health professional tertiary qualification/program of study and registered with the relevant National Board or in the case of self-regulated allied health professions with either full membership or eligible for membership with the relevant professional association.\
- Have current Working with Children Registration.\
