About the Role
This is a senior leadership position within the Workforce Strategy & Transformation Team at ANZ, responsible for driving the development of the bank's workforce analytics capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization's approach to data-driven decision making and workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of workforce analytics processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bank's workforce data and analytics capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven workforce strategies, driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in workforce analytics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts and data scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics and insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce analytics or a related field, with a strong understanding of data science and analytics principles.
