Workforce Planning Role

**About the Role**

TSA Group is seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for producing accurate forecasts and managing our workforce management systems. You will work closely with the business to ensure that key tasks are performed to drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Produce highly accurate daily, monthly, and yearly call staffing forecasts
* Action changes in our workforce management systems
* Work with the business to ensure key tasks are performed to drive business success
* Analyze data and report on emerging trends and anomalies
* Create accurate rosters that meet business needs

**Requirements**

* Experience in a busy, commercial, competitive WFP/Contact Centre environment
* Qualifications and/or experience in Alvaria/E-WFM, AWS, and Power BI (preferred)
* Workforce Planning fundamentals
* Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
* Sound problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work well within a team environment and positively influence and motivate a high-performing team
* Proven customer focus, both internal and external
* Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel usage
