About the Role

As a key member of our Workforce Strategy & Transformation Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your expertise in workforce strategy and analytics will be instrumental in helping us become trusted advisors and delivery partners to our business units.

As the Senior Manager, Workforce Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical discipline of workforce strategy, ensuring its effective application and quality. You will work closely with the Head of Workforce Strategy & Analytics to prioritize resourcing allocation and decision-making as it relates to workforce strategy and strategic workforce planning outcomes across divisions and the enterprise.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing workforce strategy and analytics solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Providing expertise and guidance to business units on workforce strategy and analytics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize workforce strategy and analytics initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Leading and managing a team of workforce strategy and analytics professionals to achieve business outcomes
