About the Role

We are excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a visionary and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at Matomo. As our COO, you will lead and inspire the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), including the managers of Marketing, Sales, Customer Support & Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and People & Culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and SLT to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Matomo's vision and objective.
  2. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  3. Team Management: Manage SLT members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  4. Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress towards company goals.
  5. Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  7. Financial Management: Exhibit strong commercial acumen in financial monitoring and management of company budgets and future forecasting.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled COO with a proven track record in leading teams in a rapidly scaling SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into action plans and measurable results.
