We are seeking an accomplished Transformational Product Leader to join our Everyday Banking team, driving exceptional customer outcomes and business growth through innovative product strategies.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial and non-financial performance of our transaction banking portfolio, delivering outstanding customer experiences that align with our goal of achieving an NPS of +30.

  • Develop and execute product strategies to enhance customer value propositions and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, streamline customer experiences, and optimize outcomes aligned with KPIs and OKRs.
  • Improve the transaction account customer experience by leveraging the voice of the customer across all channels and segments.
Your Impact

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing senior stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives, and overseeing the delivery of our product and service roadmap.

  • Maintain a well-prioritized backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
  • Lead portfolio optimization and engage with senior stakeholders/business units to manage project delivery.
  • Effectively manage risk by leading a positive risk culture within the team.
