Regional Sales Coordinator

As a retail leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting store managers in their daily operations.
This role involves working collaboratively with team members, other business areas, and projects as required.
You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and profitability goals for the designated region.
Maintaining stock integrity and ensuring optimal inventory levels are also critical aspects of this position.
Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of store managers
- Support store managers to achieve NPBT KPI's in each store
- Achieve sales targets for each store in the designated region
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising to optimise sales and reduce losses
- Maintain stock integrity and support with stocktakes as required
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required
